Notice by David S. Mandel, Esq. Receiver, to All Debtors and Creditors of Commodities Online and to anyone attempting to communicate with Commodities Online:
The offices of Commodities Online are presently closed. Information is available via this website, which will be expanded and updated as additional information becomes available.
On April 1, 2011, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a Complaint for damages and other relief against Commodities Online LLC and Commodities Online Management LLC.
The Complaint alleges that the Defendants violated the federal securities laws by "duping investors into funding a fraudulent scheme and violating the antifraud and registration provisions of the federal securities laws." The Complaint may be viewed by clicking on the link above.
On April 1, 2011, the Honorable Patricia Seitz, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered an Order appointing David S. Mandel as the Receiver for Commodities Online LLC and Commodities Online Management LLC, and giving Mr. Mandel authority over the two entities.
Investigation is ongoing and additional information will be provided via this website as it becomes available.
